我想問如何找到自己的夢想及自己真正喜歡的事物呢? P.S. 前陣子看了娃娃跟班傑漂浮的影片，覺得也許我該試著冥想或者嘗試體驗看看漂浮讓自己能夠靜下來且更有定性。

在感情方面，我總覺得我喜歡的對象值得擁有全世界，但是我卻沒有給她全世界的能力，所以總是躊躇不前，或許我在與她互動時會無意間展露心思，而對方有時也會給些暗示，但總會覺得配不上對方，怕愛她會害了她，感覺或許其他人更適合她，而裝死帶過，時間久了也就漸行漸遠。之後總會陷入這樣的惡性循環，就算遇到好的對象也就重蹈覆轍。
